Overview

VDM Creations and Double Dutch Miniatures provide handmade and 3D printed products, including miniatures, dollhouse decor, accessories, custom prints, and specialty items. All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade production.

Product Information

We strive to accurately display product descriptions, colors, and images. However, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or sizing may occur due to:

  • Screen and monitor differences

  • Filament batch variations

  • Handmade finishing processes

  • The nature of 3D printing

Minor imperfections may be present and are considered normal characteristics of handmade and 3D printed products.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for the customer and may require additional production time.

By submitting a custom order request, you agree that:

  • Design details and spelling are your responsibility to review before approval

  • Production begins after approval and/or payment

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started.

VDM Creations reserves the right to decline custom requests that cannot be reasonably completed.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on product type and order volume.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Weather Conditions

  • Supply availability

VDM Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

  • Returns may be accepted only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable

  • Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos included

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled at our discretion.

Product Safety

Some products may contain small parts and are not intended for young children. Adult supervision is recommended.

3D printed items may be sensitive to:

  • High temperatures

  • Prolonged direct sunlight

  • Excessive bending or force

Customers are responsible for proper handling and use of products after delivery.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, logos, photos, graphics, and branding associated with VDM Creations and Double Dutch Miniatures are the property of VDM Creations unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

VDM Creations and Double Dutch Miniatures are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Misuse of products

  • Improper handling after delivery

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or external events

Purchases are made at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility.

  • Refuse service or cancel orders when necessary
